About the Role:

As our Records Technician, youll be one of the first smiling faces our patients meet. You'll play a key role in helping us deliver beautiful, confident smiles by:

• Takingorthodontic recordsincluding digital photos, panoramic and cephalometric X-rays, and 3D scans
• Assisting withpatient check-ins and appointments
• Updating and managingpatient records and chartingin our system
• Ensuring all records are clear, accurate, and organized for our clinical team
• Supporting the team with variousfront desk and clinical tasksas needed

Who You Are:

• Youre reliable, organized, and comfortable using technology
• You love making people feel at ease especially kids and teens!
• Youre a team player and willing to learn
• Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus (but not required well train the right person!)
