What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Records Clerk, you will:
- Organizing, classifying, and maintaining physical and electronic records.
- Accurately entering, updating, and verifying data in the records management system.
- Responding to inquiries by retrieving and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
- Converting documents into digital formats and maintaining secure electronic archives.
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in data entry, digital/physical record systems, and Microsoft suite.
