Location: Northborough, MA

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Language Requirement: Bilingual - English & Spanish

Our client, a leader in the information management and secure storage industry, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team.

As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations department, supporting the records and logistics team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lift, move, arrange, and load boxes, bins, and totes (24-100+ lbs)

• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods

• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and handheld scanners

• Use internal computer systems to track inventory and process orders

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Comfortable lifting heavy boxes without assistance

• Able to work on stairs and uneven surfaces

• Familiarity with warehouse tools and scanners

Safety Note:

Protective footwear is required (ASTM F2413-11 certified and slip-resistant rated Better or Best ).
