Job SummaryWe are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. Restoration 1 is a thriving, expanding restoration company primarily serving residential clients. Our focus is on rebuilding homes after damage caused by fire, water, storms, etc.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE XACTIMATE REBUILD EXPERIENCE
• Project Management and Estimating experience
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office, RMS, and Xactimate
• IICRC Certifications (preferred but not required; training available after hire)

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
