As a Construction Project Estimator with Servpro of Duncanville/DeSoto, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients. In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages.
• Develop/write an estimate to include all construction services required to restore the structure and ensure customer and client satisfaction (e.g., ITEL, material reports, engineering reports).
• Document all communications and follow-ups with customers and clients.
• Communicate with adjusters and clients for project approvals/authorizations.
• Ensure estimate compliance with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements.
• Properly document each project, including photos.
• Assist the Project Construction Manager when needed for scope clarification.
• Follow the claim from inspection to close, documenting all communications.

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous construction experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch (Required)

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods (driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders for inspections and photos
• Exposure to loud noise levels at jobsites
• Ability to pass a background check as required by law
