You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial processes while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. What You'll Do • Monitor fund settlements to and from credit networks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Reconcile internal accounts, including settlement, suspense, and revenue, to ensure accuracy. • Conduct audits to find discrepancies in fund movements, identifying and mitigating financial risks and developing strategies to address potential issues. • Resolve account discrepancies and conduct audits to identify and mitigate risks. • Assist with regulatory compliance processes, including escheatment and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Maintain and update procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. • Support additional projects and team needs as directed by leadership. Qualifications • Associate degree in finance/accounting, or 1-3 years of related experience preferred. • Familiarity with reconciliation, fund flows, and basic accounting processes (preferred but not required).
