Summary We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families while supporting the administrative functions of our healthcare communities. This position comes with a starting pay rate of $14 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position may require a holiday rotation depending on community. Benefits include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
RequirementsRequirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial.
