Summary We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families while supporting the administrative functions of our healthcare communities. This position comes with a starting pay rate of $14 an hour. This opportunity is part of our Weekend Warrior program! Work two 8-hour shifts every week but get paid for 20 hours! The typical schedule for this opportunity is Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. Benefits include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
RequirementsRequirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial.
