Greet and assist the public in a professional and friendly manner. Distribute name badges to visitors, temporary employees, and others. Schedule meeting rooms for internal and external use. Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the U.S. Participate enthusiastically in company and community service events. Perform light administrative duties and PC support as needed. Serve as a model for the companys Vision, Values, and Mission. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams. Maintain and update: Company phone and speed dial lists Brag Board Company calendar Update the automated messaging center daily. Assist other departments with tasks such as: Creating envelope labels Compiling manuals Ordering, maintaining, and distributing promotional items for the Promotional Store Perform other duties as assigned.
