ROLE DESCRIPTION:Jackie Zupo - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Remote) 5 days per week RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Process payments accurately
• Add or replace vehicles in customer accounts
• Perform live transfers to claims calls
• Perform live transfers to sales opportunities
• Assist sales team members in real time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Must obtain insurance license
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

This is a remote position. Compensation: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per month We're Hiring! We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
