Receptionist - Security - TidalHealth - Peninsula Regional Health System : Job Details

The Security Receptionist provides general information and security surveillance for the Medical Center during visitor hours, including patient look up, security surveillance for assigned areas, and escorting visitors. This position will have direct contact with patients and visitors and will use a computer console to find information and to monitor video of the assigned area. The Security Receptionist monitors and appropriately communicates Life Safety alarms from an identified and equipped office room. Life Safety alarm monitoring is a 24 hour monitoring system which includes the fire panel, the medical gas panel, the Hillrom Nurse Call panel, camera feeds, and any other associated Life Safety monitoring equipment. Security Receptionist Job Requirements Education High School diploma or G.E.D. Experience 1-2 years of customer service experience required. American Heart CPR certification.
