We're seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative support. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and professionally manage incoming calls from customers, vendors, and consumers.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling logistics
  • Arrange and track travel (flights, hotels, transportation)
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Support administrative and reception tasks as needed
  • Help plan and organize internal events, celebrations, and team gatherings

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
