We're seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative support. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and professionally manage incoming calls from customers, vendors, and consumers.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling logistics
- Arrange and track travel (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Manage and order office supplies
- Support administrative and reception tasks as needed
- Help plan and organize internal events, celebrations, and team gatherings
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 (full-time) or $20/hour (part-time)
