An Investment Firm in Brookline has an opening for a Receptionist. This role will work with a team to provide administrative support to Senior Managers in various departments and assist with all office functions. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a receptionist including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing conference rooms.
- Responsible for guest access and maintaining best practices to ensure office security.
- Provide support for projects using Microsoft Outlook and internal databases.
- Support office administrative needs such as compiling reports, gift ordering, and departmental support.
- Provide administrative support to Senior Managers.
- Assist with ad hoc organizational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant reception experience preferred.
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive demeanor and excellent client service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, with a professional presence and telephone manner.
- Willing to undertake any task, big or small.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Approachable and friendly demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and calendar management.
