Receptionist
The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
- Provide administration support by assisting with various administrative tasks such scheduling conference rooms
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
- Ensure lobby/visitor areas are kept clean and free of debris
- Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with security procedures
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Arrange catering and food orders for meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or the equivalent with two years experience as a receptionist with a multi-line system
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft office skills
- Excellent telephone communication and listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
