Receptionist

The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
  • Provide administration support by assisting with various administrative tasks such scheduling conference rooms
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
  • Ensure lobby/visitor areas are kept clean and free of debris
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with security procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Arrange catering and food orders for meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or the equivalent with two years experience as a receptionist with a multi-line system
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent telephone communication and listening skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
