They are seeking a front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service and perform a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities. Manage incoming office traffic, greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner and assisting with check-in. Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
