Title: Receptionist Location: Caretel Inns St. Joseph Status: Part Time Job Summary:Essential Functions:
- Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Distributing mail
- Providing clerical support as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working in Healthcare industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
- Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
- Professional telephone etiquette

Requirements
- Education: High School or GED preferred.
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
- Must adhere with health and safety requirements including proof needed to comply with State and Federal law. This includes COVID 19 vaccine requirement for healthcare workers.
- Meets requirements with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history.
