Receptionist; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search. As the first point of contact for clients and prospects entering the building, this role is central to creating a welcoming and professional impression. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting customers, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks such as data entry. The position also involves maintaining a clean, organized showroom and supporting the efficiency of office operations and customer service workflows. Additional duties include tracking and ordering office supplies, preparing outgoing mail, managing incoming deliveries, and scheduling meetings and appointments. This is an in-office full-time, permanent position located in Jacksonville, FL. Requirements
Must Haves - Confident with the Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience operating printers, scanners, and computers
- Thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated skills including taking the initiative to improve processes, attention to detail, and time management
- Strong communicator who builds great relationships with coworkers and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-To-Haves - Bachelor's degree
- Prior office or administrative experience
