Receptionist (Part-time, 20-30 hours a week) Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM, flexible hours, would be 20-30 hours a week Pay Rate: $ 16 - 20/hr, depending on experience Location: Dayton Ohio 45402 Experience: 1-2+ years We are excited to share a new opportunity! • Working directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email
• Complete tasks promptly
• Answering the phone and representing the company well
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Assist with social media, E-Bay experience preferred
• Able to complete necessary data entry associated with customer billing/invoicing.
• Budgeting experience preferred

Requirements to include:

• Recent and relevant experience in a receptionist/administrative position or a similar environment
• Able to provide references
• Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen
• Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
• Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their job
• Strong computer skills
