Receptionist Position
We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist for a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. Your responsibilities will also include administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line switchboard.
- Maintain and update records by entering data accurately and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory tracking.
- Handle general receptionist duties such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements:
- Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to handle calls professionally.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent customer service abilities, including a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Organizational skills to manage office supplies and administrative tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
