Adecco is partnering with a client in Goshen NY and is currently seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals for a full-time Inbound Call Representative position in Goshen, NY , paying $18/hour . The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-focused, and capable of handling incoming calls while performing general clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
Communicate messages clearly and accurately to appropriate team members
Provide basic information to customers, employees, and clients
Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Prepare and respond to routine reports and written correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Resolve minor issues using standard operating procedures and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 3 months of related experience preferred
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence
Ability to write basic reports and routine business communication
Strong verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solving ability within standardized situations
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with standard office equipment
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
