We are currently searching for a Full Time Receptionist to work at our corporate office located in Memphis , TN.**Multilingual is a plus**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls including TTY calls in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Receive and document all complaints communicated by phone via Envolve Responds.
  • Monitor front desk email correspondence and process requests via Envolve Responds.
  • Greet guests and office visitors and direct/announce them to the appropriate staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including interoffice deliveries and weekly mail to other locations.
  • Meter outgoing mail on a daily basis and assist with bulk mail-outs.
  • Order office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Create shipping labels via FedEx and ensure all shipping supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain and restock breakroom supplies; ensure cleanliness of shared areas.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and maintenance of conference rooms and flex office space calendar invitations.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Work Experience Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Publisher
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
  • Strong organizational and proofreading skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Must be able to manage confidential projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have ability to work independently and as a member of the office team.
  • Must be able to interact with others in a professional manner and handle any situation in a professional manner.
