At Trinity Chiropractic Care, we help people live healthier, pain-free lives through personalized chiropractic care. We're looking for a Front Office Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our family-focused, fast-paced practice.

Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Matawan, NJ, for a Part-time Front Office Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant. Responsibilities are to:

Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and maintain accurate records

Assist in patient education and clinic operations

Help create content for social media and support community outreach

Qualifications

• High school diploma (with 2+ years of healthcare/clinical experience)

- OR - associate degree (with 1+ year healthcare experience)

• Chiropractic/wellness experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, organized, and eager to learn and grow!
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Clerical Skills and Communication Ability
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$16/hr + a bonus structure based on performance
