Receptionist - Alabama Staffing : Job Details

Robert Half is seeking an organized and personable Receptionist for a contract position in the Huntsville, AL area. • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls efficiently, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support additional office services projects as requested by team leadership.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions with tact and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general familiarity with office equipment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred but not required.
