POSITION - Receptionist JOB LOCATION - Saukville, WI STARTING DATE - Immediate EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temporary (12-week project) EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift (8:00am - 5:00pm) STARTING PAY - $22 per hour BENEFITS - SEEK's optional benefits package includes Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Holidays, and Referral Bonus REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience. Dealership experience is preferred. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting a busy car dealership. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with professionalism. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience required
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
• Comfortable using office technology such as computers, phones, and printers
