Receptionist Position
Our client, a global private markets investment firm, is seeking a receptionist in New York City. The hours are 10:00am-6:00pm (until 6:30pm when needed). This is a fully in-office position, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, maintaining a polished and professional front-of-house presence.
- Greet and assist guests, manage visitor check-ins, and direct deliveries.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed.
- Support daily office functions including mail handling and coordinating with facilities or hospitality teams.
- Collaborate closely with a small team including a fellow receptionist, hospitality associate, and office coordinator.
- Work in tandem with a high-touch, service-oriented colleague to deliver white-glove reception coverage.
- Maintain tidy and welcoming reception and common areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in reception, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, energetic, and service-oriented approach.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $66K plus bonus.
- 23 days PTO.
