Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): HS Diploma/ GED. Two (2) years of progressively responsible, full-time administrative experience. Experience with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Docs. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience. Experience in a Higher Education/ Academic environment. Experience with and knowledge of Stony Brook University policies & procedures. Google Calendar proficiency. Receptionist and/or appointment scheduling experience. Brief Description of Duties: This position is responsible for providing staff, students and visitors of the SBDC office with professional, courteous, and effective customer service.
