Addison Group is hiring a Receptionist on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional office environment.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Industry: Administrative / Office Support

Pay: $18$20/hour

The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet guests, handle internal communications, and provide general administrative support. This position plays a key role in maintaining a polished and welcoming office atmosphere while supporting daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails to appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and common areas.
  • Manage meeting room scheduling and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing documents and materials for meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative roles as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused demeanor.
