Answer multiple phone lines and provide basic company information. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, organize documents Monitor front desk, collect payment and close out invoices for Service, Parts and Body Shop, Collect monies due for vehicle purchases. Assist with customers to whom need a rental vehicle. Experience is welcomed but we are willing to train. High School Resumes for Part time are accepted for nights and weekends High School diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office Work and Excel experience Works well in a fast- paced environment, multi-tasker, highly organized Excellent time management and communication skills Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Must be able to pass drug screen and background' Work Location:
