The S:US Support Services team is comprised of the infrastructure/administrative departments that provide resources to those staff who work in direct service to the people supported by S:US. The front desk office assistant provides general administrative support to the team working at the central administrative offices. The front desk office assistant is the first point of contact for visitors to these offices. He/She coordinates front-desk activities, including but not limited to directing visitors, distributing correspondence and forwarding phone calls.
