Job Description :

1. Front Desk Operations: - Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional attitude. - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 2. **Client and Visitor Assistance:** - Respond to inquiries from clients, families, and visitors in a timely and courteous manner. - Provide information about services, schedules, and appointments. 3. **Administrative Support:** - Schedule and confirm appointments for caregivers and clients. - Maintain and update client records and contact information. - Assist with billing and insurance paperwork as needed. - Prepare and distribute daily schedules and reports. 4. **Office Management:** - Maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Order and manage office supplies. - Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and report any issues. 5. **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with the home care team to coordinate services and support client needs. - Assist in organizing staff meetings and training sessions. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. - **Experience:** Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred. - **Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Friendly, patient, and empathetic with a positive attitude. **Working Conditions:** - Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends if needed. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
