- Greet and welcome guests into the office
- Answer any inquiry from new or current clients
- Create project files and coordinate from A-Z along the project
- Ensure customer satisfaction at the end of projects
- Must be able to learn and comprehend the products, pricing, and services available to discuss with clientele
- Assist with quotes, payment processing, vendor communication, contracts, permitting, and HOA regulations
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Tenure on resume
- 2+ years of office experience in reception, customer service, or coordination
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be commutable to Long Grove and Libertyville
- Must be comfortable working a partial day on Saturdays
