Arrange transportation services as needed. Operate a switchboard to manage incoming and outgoing calls. Follow instructions and guidelines to perform job functions. Work under immediate supervision. Report to a supervisor or manager. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and arrange for transportation when necessary. Manage phone calls through a switchboard system. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
