Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and ambitious Receptionist/HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will support the HR department and report directly to the Director, HR & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage guest check-in professionally and courteously.
- Answer and direct calls for the reception and HR departments.
- Manage mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, calendar management, expense handling, and announcements.
- Serve as the main contact for office management, supplies, and restocking.
- Develop office policies and procedures for administrative duties.
- Support company vehicle management and auto insurance for affiliates.
- Coordinate office catering and engagement events.
- Oversee office supplies, anticipate needs, and manage inventory and orders.
- Perform preventive maintenance on office equipment and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Flexible, motivated, collaborative, and proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and Photoshop.
- Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred.
