As a Receptionist, you will be part of the front-line support team, ensuring smooth communication and interaction within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Answer telephone calls and make proper connections to personnel in the office.
Assist in placing outgoing calls and intra-system calls.
Provide routine information to callers and visitors.
Record and transmit messages accurately.
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
General knowledge of simple administrative office routines and use of office equipment.
Ability to interact with the public, either on the telephone or in personal contact.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to sit in one location for extended periods of time.
