Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls. Ensures the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures). Provides basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Maintains office security by following security procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Operates badging system and Visitor Center reception under the supervision and direction from AAM Global Security.
