Direct Hire Reception Mail Clerk
Our client is currently seeking a Direct Hire Reception Mail Clerk in Dallas, TX to join a reputable property tax and tax law consulting & litigation firm. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company, serving as the welcoming voice and face of the organization.
This is a well-established Texas-based firm that specializes in property tax consulting and litigation services.
Reception Mail Clerk Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact by warmly greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, handling incoming calls, and managing messages.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly and accurately, including courier, USPS, and internal deliveries.
- Provide light administrative support such as copying, scanning, faxing, data entry, filing, and assisting with meeting room preparations.
- Maintain visitor logs, manage phone and email communications professionally, and ensure discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Order and replenish office and reception supplies, and keep the reception and mail areas organized and welcoming.
Reception Mail Clerk Background Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, mail clerk, or administrative support role, preferably within the legal, consulting, or professional services sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn internal document management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, along with a professional phone etiquette.
