Dogwood Industries is seeking a Receiving Material Handler to join our team. The core mission of the Receiving Material Handler is to facilitate the efficient and accurate receipt and storage of the materials used in the manufacturing processes. The Receiving Material Handler is an integral part of the production team and is required to have comprehensive knowledge about the material and understand the manufacturing workflow. Duties & Responsibilities. Maintain a calendar of incoming materials and developing plans for the off-loading of materials. Accurately fulfill department requisitions and deliver parts throughout factory Responsible for material inspections. Review purchase orders. Ensure proper documentation of materials is complete. Accurately follow material control procedures. Effectively communicate with procurement staff, supervisors, and relevant production staff regarding material deliveries.
