Coordinate receipt of product via LTL carriers and/or air carriers. Maintain all records of product/items received on a daily basis. Deliver received goods to specific cell or person who placed the order. Receive and sign for all packages delivered to the company and deliver packages to proper department Maintain updated files on all received product Review reports weekly to confirm all product has been properly received Work with other plants and buyers to resolve any shipping discrepancies Ensure all carriers present the proper paperwork for each received order Audit BO - Ls for accuracy prior to offloading material Ensure all product is delivered the correct drop zone Investigate receiving discrepancies and report back to buyer Follow all Record Retention guidelines and processes Maintain 6 S requirements in the department Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
