Job Description :
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, counting, inspecting, recording, and releasing all goods shipped into the resort to the proper department(s). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Conduct the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Pyramid Global Hospitality while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service. Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand. Maintain uniform and grooming standards a s outlined in employee handbook and departmental training. Inspect all goods for damage upon arrival before signing over to the department or group. Sign invoices with proper signature and codes invoices. Communicate any shorts on invoices to the appropriate department personnel. Log all items on general receiving log sheets include name of shipper, freight company, number of pieces received, condition of goods and designated department.
