Responsibilities
  • Assess clients needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend suitable real estate solutions.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Maintain and update property listings for accurate market representation.
  • Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Proven success in real estate sales or a strong background in sales-driven environments.
  • Personable, approachable, with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to guide clients confidently through transactions.
  • Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license for property visits and client meetings.
  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.
