Responsibilities:
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Refine buyer's criteria to select additional homes to show as necessary
- Promptly return all buyer client communications to uphold our agency's standards of client service
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract for measuring, inspecting, etc., in a timely manner
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings
- Identify homes that meet buyers' needs and budgets to facilitate sales
- Respond promptly to all buyer client communications to provide superior customer service
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction
- Schedule and execute showings of homes with clients, listing agents, and sellers
- Lead generation and follow-up
- Real estate sales activities
- Set and execute appointments
- Master sales scripts
Qualifications:
- Can spend significant time driving
- Familiar with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick learner
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Real estate license required
- Ability to learn and be coachable
- Sales experience
Compensation:
$130,000 per year
