We're seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic and high-achieving team.We're gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a cutting-edge office space, and leverage one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, reaching over 10 million people monthly across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to agents, ensuring smooth transaction processes
• Coordinate showings, appointments, and manage listing schedules
• Manage MLS listings, oversee property marketing efforts, and handle transaction documentation
• Facilitate clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
• Assist with marketing initiatives and boost our digital presence

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
