Responsibilities •Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant's satisfaction •Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing •Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants •Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases •Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes Qualifications •A valid Real Estate License is required for this job •Past sales experience is preferred •Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone •Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office •Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends •High School Diploma or GED required
