Job Title: Real Estate Project Manager
Contract: 12 Months (Hybrid)
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Pay Rate: $53.40/hr on W2
Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager, Service Delivery to assist the Service Delivery team. The team is responsible for the delivery of services programs, developing new assets, and managing capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across the portfolio. You will oversee real estate activities for all products within a geographic territory, partnering cross-functionally to manage client relationships, ensure project timelines are met, and stay within budget.
Callouts:
- This role is hybrid in Schaumburg, IL (Tues-Thurs in office and home)
- Experience working with Verizon as a Real Estate Specialist is preferred
Responsibilities:
Support internal project contingencies requiring field presence, lead complex permitting, and challenge site acquisition vendor forecasts to ensure timely zoning and permitting.Manage end-to-end deployment activities including site acquisition, leasing, due diligence, architectural/engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction, deployment meetings, and closeout for assigned projects.Serve as the single point of contact for market-level customer escalations and participate in deployment meetings, providing updates on project status and issues.Provide weekly market-level gap analysis and understand customer expectations regarding priorities, coverage, timelines, and system management.Ensure contract scope, pricing, service levels, and related details are accurately managed.Maintain accurate forecast dates in systems like SiterraUS and other customer platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Partner with customers from scope development through post-installation, delivering high-quality customer service.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in wireless service delivery project management and vendor management.Proven expertise in managing wireless deployment projects, site acquisition, or construction management.Deep understanding of customer standards, equipment, RFDS, and contract terms.Construction drawing experience from development to approval.Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and levels of staff.Leadership skills to motivate and drive team results.Company Description: Real Soft Inc.
