Real Estate Planning & Portfolio Director - Seattle Children's Hospital : Job Details

Serve as the procurement leader for Real Estate across the various service lines. This position is accountable for the development of the real estate procurement strategies in alignment with the strategic needs as defined by the Seattle Children's. This position works transversally across Seattle Children's to create the cadence of the vendor relationships concerning real estate leases, real estate analysis, real estate management, and real estate broker collaboration. Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Finance, Strategy, and the Planning, Design, and Construction department to operationalize Seattle Children's business objectives through sourcing real estate identified for specific strategies and goals. Responsible for the planning, negotiation and management of Seattle Children's Real Estate transactions portfolio.
