Business Solutions Manager @ Adams & Martin Group | Legal Recruiter

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to support our busy legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of real estate law/financing and be proficient in managing all aspects of transactional closings from inception to post-closing.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and closing statements.
• Conduct title and survey review, identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare for and assist with real estate closings.
• Manage due diligence, including ordering and reviewing searches, zoning reports, and environmental assessments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders (major financial institutions), title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or AA in Paralegal Studies.
• Proven experience as a real estate transactional paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, financing, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate specific software.
