RemX is assisting our client, a nationally renowned law firm, with a search for a Real Estate Litigation Associate. They are seeking a highly skilled associate with class years 2020 or 2021 and significant commercial litigation experience gained at a New York law firm. Handling of sophisticated commercial litigations, particularly in real estate and high-stakes hospitality industries.

Real Estate Litigation Group operates within the broader General Litigation Group, frequently collaborating across departments.

Qualifications:

• JD from a reputable law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong preference for experience in real estate or related litigation (though not mandatory).
• Entrepreneurial spirit for developing client relationships.

Compensation:

Salary range of $215,000-$235,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location:

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of three days in the office.
