Real Estate Land Use Environmental Attorney - Hinckley Allen : Job Details

Hinckley Allen is seeking a land use and environmental attorney to join a dynamic and sophisticated practice in Hartford. The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in one or more of the following areas:

• Preparation and presentation of land use and environmental permit applications to local, state, and federal administrative agencies;
• Ability to work with teams of professional consultants;
• Ability to handle administrative appeals and real estate-related litigation, mainly in Connecticut courts;
• Experience in appellate court process and brief writing.

Associates, counsel, and partner candidates are encouraged to apply. Admission to Connecticut bar and federal and state courts is required.
