Real Estate Financial Analyst - Meijer : Job Details

The Real Estate Financial Analyst role will primarily develop and maintain tools and reporting for Meijers Real Estate and Store Development Team. These tools will be used to drive accuracy, provide statistical analysis, viability studies & guide decision making for the Meijer organization. Additional asset development & maintenance will be required of the role across the larger Real Estate & Store Development organization. Areas of involvement include cost tracking, cost projections, auditing, standardization, change management tracking & reporting, industry benchmarking, statistical analysis, etc. What Youll be Doing:Deliver comprehensive analytical and financial expertise to support real estate initiatives, including cost estimation, viability assessments, demographic analysis, and project proforma modeling.
