Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? Were looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyers agent to join our team. Youll act as the buyers main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities:

Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home

Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget

Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

Customer service oriented

Follow scripts to achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets

Outbound calling, email communication, and coordination to schedule appointments

Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities

Qualifications:

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

Show a track record of real estate success

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car

NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License

Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car

Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented

Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
